DUMKA, 30 September: Rev. Fr. Provincial presented sewing machines to three tailoring students to support them in using their skills for self-employment. Each student received one sewing machine during a programme held in Dumka. The initiative aims to help the students continue their tailoring work and create a source of daily income.
The sewing machines will enable the students to practise and develop their tailoring skills while taking up small-scale work in their communities. The support was extended with the assistance of Rev. Fr. Provincial and Rev. Fr. Economer. The students expressed their readiness to use the machines for their work and livelihood.
